Ralph earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He has 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing pharmaceuticals and foods.
His experience includes site executive level management, strategic planning, external manufacturing, transfers and repatriations oversite, process and building project leadership, facility and production maintenance management, quality systems design, cycle development and performance qualification, validation and implementation management. Ralph is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Within the pharmaceutical industry Ralph has worked with isolation technology, in both aseptic and terminally sterile areas with large and small volume dosage forms and also with other liquids, creams, ointments, powders, tablets and capsules. Within the food and beverage industry Ralph has worked with low-acid canned foods, canned meats and meals, salad dressings, dry mixes, dietary supplements and antioxidant / immunity support juices.
Ralph has worked in the U.S. and Europe and served operations across the globe. His most recent position was with Sanofi-Aventis in Kansas City, Missouri and Dagenham, England.
Ralph has a proven record of increasing profitability and productivity through an indicative assessment of operations management and manufacturing downtime, and then devising and implementing a plan based on operational compliance to goals / objectives / expectations / efficiencies.
Ralph grew up in South Florida and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps after high school. Ralph was a Reconnaissance Platoon Sergeant who graduated from U.S. Army Ranger and Airborne Schools and U.S. Navy Scuba School. After college, Ralph spent time in the U.S. Army as an officer in the Medical Service Corps. He spent a total of 10 years serving within the United States Military.
Carol earned a B.B.A. in Computer Systems in Business from Ohio University. Her experience spans 20+ years working in Information Technology as a systems analyst, computer programmer, project leader and user liaison. She has held positions in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, health care and insurance while working with software applications throughout a range of departments including order entry/processing, finance (payroll, receivables and payables) and human resources. Previous positions include computer consultant at Arthur Andersen and systems analyst at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee where she designed and implemented a payroll simulation system. Carol is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Her most recent position was senior systems analyst at Honeywell Aerospace in Lenexa, Kansas and Bromley, England.
Carol has taken the skills she gained from working in IT – highly regulated system and testing standards, attention to detail, planning and organization, the importance of user relations – and applied them to building Amerigo Laboratories. She is dedicated to the focus on excellence and service required to inspire a high level of confidence in their customers.
Carol grew up happily on a farm in Iowa. She joined the U.S. Marine Corps after high school where she was trained as a Combat Motion Picture Photographer. She was one of the first women to be assigned to the Second Marine Division and was deployed within the U.S., Caribbean and Europe to shoot footage for DOD training films and documentaries. She was the first Woman Marine to be deployed on a NATO mission. She was also a member of the U.S.M.C. Women’s Volleyball Team.
